CrossOver software enables multiple Microsoft Windows-based applications to run on Mac or on Linux operating systems - including the MetaTrader 4 trading platform.

After installing the CrossOver software you can use the MetaTrader 4 trading platform to analyse quotes, develop strategies and trade – just as you would using Windows on a desktop PC or laptop, or when trading on the move using your iPhone, iPad or Android.

Whether you already have the software, are currently a licensed user, or simply want to test the free trial, you can download the MetaTrader 4 on your Mac by visiting the product page on the Codeweavers website.

From here you have the option to 'Install Application', 'Download Free Trial' or buy the full CrossOver version by selecting 'Buy Now'.

Once you have chosen between the 14-day free trial, or paid for the full version, you can set-up Crossover by following these steps:

Download and install CrossOver
Visit the MT4 page in their Compatibility Centre
Go to the relevant application page, and click on the green button
Wait while CrossOver proceeds to install the application
